COMMUNICATING TO GROW

Project/Initiative realized within the framework of the FSE+ Program 2021-2027 of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with co-financing from the European Union – European Social Fund Plus, the Italian State, and the Autonomous Province of Trento as part of the Public Notice for the submission of training-oriented project proposals for the granting of contributions to companies for continuous training interventions and the relative “Act of Accession.”
The interventions are funded under Priority 2 – Education and Training; specific objective g) “Promoting lifelong learning, in particular flexible opportunities for upskilling and reskilling for all, taking into account entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipating change and new skills requirements based on labor market needs, facilitating professional reorientation and promoting professional mobility”; exemplary action g.3) “Interventions aimed at promoting and disseminating entrepreneurial and managerial skills, as well as strengthening the skills of workers, including employers and individual entrepreneurs, with a view to overcoming the gender gap and the technology gap, as well as managing aging, including through training and mobility interventions to be implemented through the experimentation of innovative teaching and/or financing methods.”

This Notice contributes to the pursuit of the objectives of the Provincial Strategy of the XVII Legislature, approved by resolution no. 990 of June 28, 2024, and specifically objective 3.3. “Increasing employment rates in the labor market and improving the wage conditions of the population” by supporting companies in developing the skills of their employees, addressing the aging of the working population, and facilitating female employment.
This intervention is also consistent with the Provincial Strategy for Sustainable Development (SproSS), approved by Provincial Government resolution no. 1721 of October 15, 2021, in particular with objective c. supporting lifelong learning.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The participant group consists of 6 internal company resources, including 4 men and 2 women, representing the organization’s main strategic and operational functions. The individuals involved hold key roles at the management, administrative, and production levels, thereby ensuring a cross-cutting and effective impact of the training content across the entire corporate structure.

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES

The training project aims to strengthen and develop several key competencies, including the acquisition of specialized skills for the internationalization of the economic context and the enhancement of business organizations that value diversity as a strategic element.
The planned competencies cover the application of quality principles in corporate work processes and the ability to independently manage technical documentation and corporate communications in English, aiming to reach at least a B2 level. Training modules also focus on strengthening public speaking skills and on planning and implementing integrated marketing and communication activities, including for foreign markets.

OBJECTIVES

In light of the transformations occurring in the sector, and in line with its growth vision, Ambrosi has chosen to invest in a structured way in the development of internal skills through a training project designed to increase corporate competitiveness by achieving the following objectives:
1. Improving the quality and compliance of corporate processes
2. Strengthening internal and external communication
3. Developing an integrated marketing and communication strategy
4. Promoting the internationalization of activities.
